Trauma, Assault, & Abuse Survivors
After surviving intimate partner violence, trauma, abuse, or assault, there is something within that changes. The trauma effects you spiritually, physically, emotionally, and mentally. You may find yourself questioning life or trying to find meaning again. It's possible that you have been utilizing unhealthy methods for relief. However, this method only provides temporary relief. The overwhelm of pain or anxiety still returns. You feel alone and stuck. Regardless of how hard you try, you do not seem to be able to move forward.

Healing takes time and patience. We will work together on building skills, discovering inner strengths, finding your voice, and establishing your own personal goals.
