Anxiety and Stress
To those on the outside, you seem to have the perfect life. You’ve worked hard to get to where you are, but for some reason it still doesn’t feel like it’s enough. You think that you should be doing more , however, you are truly struggling to keep up with life. You think that you are not enough and need to be perfect. Often, you seek out reassurance from others. At times, you compare yourself to other women. Last minute changes or setbacks
make you feel like you no longer have control. Your
friends or colleagues tell you that "you're strong" or they "don't know how you do it". Honestly, you don't know how you do it either. You're exhausted.
Together, we will identify the situations or thoughts that result in anxiety and panic as well as work on skills to help you cope better with emotions and thoughts. If you're motivated to move forward with your life, I'm happy to assist you with learning to manage anxiety.
